Payment terms
Training fees
- Training fees will be invoiced once training date has been mutually agreed
- Payment will be due 30 days after invoice date or 14 days before the training date – whichever is the earlier
- If the training date is in less than 14 days, payment will be due immediately
- Training will only proceed once payment has been received by Spruikit
Travel costs (for training outside the Melbourne metropolitan area)
- Any known travel costs will be invoiced at the same time we issue the tax invoice for training fees
- Payment will be due 30 days after invoice date or 14 days before the training date – whichever is the earlier
- If the training date is in less than 14 days, payment will be due immediately
- Any unknown travel costs will be invoiced after the training
- Payment will be due 14 days after invoice date
- Flights, accommodation, Ubers/taxis, parking and rental car costs will be invoiced at cost
- Private vehicle usage for intrastate travel will be invoiced at the current ATO cents/km rate
- Meal and incidental allowance will be invoiced at $88 per night per facilitator

- Direct transfer (you pay directly to our bank account via your bank account)
- Credit card (via our MYOB online facility – fees apply)
Change and cancellation fees
Unless there has been an exceptional circumstance, any change to, or cancellation of, a training booking, the following fees will apply:Notice given before the training date | Change fee | Cancellation fee |

Furthermore:
- Any change to, or cancellation of, a training booking, the cost of booked travel and/or any change/cancellation fees will be due and payable
- Participant no-shows on the training date will not be entitled to a refund or re-allocation, however, substitutes to replace no-shows are welcome
- Spruikit reserves the right to change or cancel training due to facilitator illness or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Spruikit
- In the case of Spruikit cancelling, a full refund will be made promptly
- Spruikit reserves the right to change its facilitators in case of illness or any other factor beyond the control of Spruikit
- We understand there may be exceptional circumstances that force you to change or cancel a training booking. These are usually health and safety related including illness. All changes and cancellations requested will be considered with the greatest of respect on a case-by-case basis. Workload or organisation issues (e.g. the team is too busy, a competing work priority has arisen, etc.) are not generally considered exceptional circumstances. If we determine yours to be an exceptional circumstance, we will either reduce or waive our change and/or cancellation fees for training fees only. Change and/or cancellation fees for booked travel and any other incurred out-of-pocket costs, remain due and payable in any circumstance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spruikit, its employees, agents and consultants exclude all liability for any loss or damage claims and expenses including but not limited to legal costs, indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including, but not limited to, negligence) arising out of attending, or using any information from materials supplied at, any training session. Where any law prohibits the exclusion of such liability, Spruikit limits its liability to the re-supply of training and/or information.
Recording of training
Spruikit does not permit the recording or transmission (using any means or mechanisms) of its training (either face-to-face or online) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our training is conducted for the sole benefit of each participant involved in a training instance.
